the staff are really friendly and helpful , which i deem acceptable.
i found mold spread throughout the entire room , which was unacceptable. the smell was quite strong , and it. i expect better hygiene from a resort of this supposed caliber.

The staff was cute and friendly! Facilities were really well maintained. I appreciated the shuttle service to and from Pandawa Beach. The quiet location ensured a peaceful stay, though it is a short drive to restaurants and beaches.
The bar menu had limited options , and the food menu had few vegetarian choices with inconsistencies in quality . I avoided eating at the hotel after the first attempt.

the staff were amazingly kind and helpful. they remembered my name. the villas were cute and different. the grounds were quite traditional and lovely. the free shuttle to the beach was also good.

I am grateful for the attentive staff. They promptly addressed all our needs. the free shuttle service to pandawa beach was very useful. scooty rentals were readily available. This made exploring the area convenient.

The staff were very helpful and provided a free shuttle to the nearby beach. This made accessing the shore very convenient.
I found the food menu quite limiting. It lacked vegetarian options and the quality varied each time i ordered. i often avoided eating at the hotel because of this inconsistency.
